The deal, both ways.

These terms cover the Sunk app and sunk.evrrun.com, made by evrrun, a small studio in India. Using Sunk means you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

What Sunk is

Sunk shows how long you spend in the apps you choose, live, over the app itself, and keeps a daily receipt on your phone. It never blocks or limits anything. The numbers come from Android's own usage records and are meant to match Digital Wellbeing closely; the swipe count is an estimate.

Free and Pro

• Free watches one app and keeps 7 days of receipts, for as long as you like, with no ads.
• Pro watches every app and adds 90 days of receipts, the Sunday receipt, sharing and the home-screen widget. It is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase or a yearly subscription.
• Payment is handled by Google Play. Prices are shown in your currency before you pay.
• The yearly plan renews each year until you cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the year you paid for.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If something went wrong, write to us and we will help.
• Pro is tied to the Google account that bought it and restores on any phone signed in to that account.

What we promise

The app does what its own pages say, and nothing it does is hidden from you. What it sends is described on the privacy page. We fix honest defects and answer mail personally.

What we ask

Use Sunk on your own phone, as a person. Do not try to break, resell or copy it. Early versions can have rough edges; tell us and we will fix them.

The fine print

Sunk is provided as it is, without warranty. As far as the law allows, evrrun is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Sunk in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
